Loss help!
I lost a friend over the weekend and am just looking for some of your best coping mechanisms for loss. I'm dealing with added regret / guilt for not keeping in touch as much after my Sept 19 baby was born. They provided me with lots of encouragement / strength / support and now that he's passed away, I feel I have no strength. 😥
