They want to draw my blood again in 48 hours to make sure it’s going up.. 
Should I be worried?

Mine was 1,586 when i first found out the nurse told me i was between 3 and 5 weeks im.now 8 weeks.

No, don't be worried! Your numbers are awesome. Mine were 599 at 4w2d and they were considered way above what my IVF clinic was looking for (anything above 150).
It's routine to make sure that you're doubling every 48hrs. 
It's a really good sign of a healthy early pregnancy!
Your numbers are going to be higher than mine and I'm 32 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby.
