Fainting at 14w?

Has this happened to anyone so early? This is my second and I had dizzy spells with my first but it was way towards the end.

I’ve had a couple issues at the grocery store trying to run around, manhandle a toddler all with a mask on... my pregnant body isn’t taking it well. I’ve had to take my mask off a few times. 
Your blood volume increases by 50%! That’s a lot of extra oxygen that you’re needing right now. Dizzy spells are normal but double check your BP & glucose levels just to make sure it isn’t something else.
