Worst period ever

So I was put in the depo shot on January 21. pregnancy test came back negative. So February 8th rolls the period on around. My periods are ALWAYS 7 days long not extremely heavy pretty “regular”.

So we have not go off of this period yet so we are on day 13. I have passed blood clots (I’ll attach)

📍migraines

📍headaches

📍back pain

📍cramps

📍nauseous

📍over all super fatigued

📍feel off

📍bleeding like crazy (excessive in my

Mind)

📍emotions are going crazy

What the heck is wrong with me!!!
