EBF: Whose baby has a fish intolerance?

How does it look like, how does the baby react? 
Mine has like smelly dark brownish orange poo, he has hard time passing poo and gets a bit of a rash on his cheeks. 
I have tried a lot of elimination diets. I personally was sure, it was dairy problem. But now I suspect the fish is problem. (i love to eat fish, and I also did take fish oil supplement every day) Don't know for sure jet, but still I already suspect it. What is your experience?

My daughter is already 2 years, but has had allergies since being a newborn. She probably has a fish allergy as well (there's more foods she has reactions to than what she can eat) and because of the likeliness we haven't even tried fish yet.
Loose stools with different color than usually, difficulties while pooping and rash/redness on her cheeks are the first signs something is causing an allergic reaction in her case. Besides those signs also waking up often, reflux and burnt/red skin around the diaper area are also 100% proof something is wrong.
So with the symptoms your baby is having I would definitely keep the allergies in mind. Besides dairy and fish, what is really in common are egg, soy and grain allergies. And the difficult thing to keep in mind is that the baby can have several allergies - if eliminating the dairy from the diet doesn't ease the symptoms, it could be that the baby has no problem tolerating dairy OR that she has problems tolerating dairy and other foods which are not yet eliminated, hence the symptoms not disappearing.
