Two year old tantrums

I need advice on how to handle and get through these two year old tantrums.. he’s constantly screaming and throwing himself on the ground when he doesn’t get his way. He’ll just sit there and scream for 10+ minutes if he doesn’t get his way. I have no idea what to do and I feel like I’m losing my mind at this point. 🙃
