Miscarriage

Hey ladies, i had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago at 9 weeks, i was in hospital for the day having meds to help pass baby. Obviously bleeding after that, but last week the bleeding stopped for a whole week, yesterday bleeding started but i thought it was most probably period.. reading up on it having a period this early is unlikely? Ive been doing pregnancy tests to keep check on my hcg going down as hospital advised to do a test friday gone & its still positive so surely it wouldnt be a period im experiencing? Also the bleeding isnt heavy at all & pretty much dark brown which i know is old blood, but tonight it looks black? Is that normal? Anyone else experienced this as the nurse at the hospital isnt in until tuesday so i cant ring until then...
