Everyone is telling me im pregnant!!!

So I went back home to visit family for thanksgiving...My mom and sister and brother and my husband mom says I gain weight... So while I was there my brother in law called my mother in law and told her his girlfriend woke up in the middle of the night and said someone is pregnant with a girl...my mother in law said she had a dream of her changing a little girl's diaper...so we got back to where we live now and when my husband woke up from work he told me he had a dream about fish...I mean I may have gain weight I was 118 or 120 before I move in with my husband ...when I got to his town I weight at 141 now I'm 147 but I don't think that mean anything I don't think I'm pregnant.. Please leave a comment or some advice for me
