Milk supply
I've been putting baby on breast and eating lactation snacks as well as liquid gold supplements and omg it has worked I went from 2oz each breast pumping to 8oz each one. Thanks ladies for the advice my supply was low and I was so upset I really want to breastfeed and not have to use formula to supplement
