Absolutely not. I don’t mean to scare you but bouncers and swings can obstruct/restrict airways and cause asphyxiation. They are not meant for sleeping.
Many people will say “my child slept in their bouncer and survived” but to me the risk is not worth it.

This is how my daughter sleeps next to me as she’s the same way. I put her a little further away and don’t sleep with blankets but on my legs

Unsupervised sleep (meaning you are awake) should always be in a crib or bassinet with no extra blankets or padding. 
There are ways to make co-sleeping safer but baby holding devices like car seats, bouncers, gliders/swings, etc are not intended for long term unsupervised sleep.

I would do your research but it’s not safe to leave them in there for long periods of time because their neck muscles are not developed or strong enough to lift their heads and they can suffocate and pass away that way. Research will explain more I’m just trying to summarize it.  They really shouldn’t be in there for more than 15-20 min at a time. It’s just pretty much when you need a break. I would recommend a bassinet or something like that to see if it helps. She’s only 4 days old. She probably won’t want to be away from you very long. It takes a lot patience and time also, the first 3 months ARE SO HARD

I would honestly wear her at this point. You have to transition her to the crib. Maybe wear her blanket or swaddle and see if that helps. The smell of you could be what she needs and the feeling of being bunched up.
Definitely if you can swaddle try it out. But wear the blanket or swaddle wrap under your shirt for a bit first.

My baby slept in her bouncy many nights. She had reflux bad so keeping her upright some helped ALOT!!!
