You shouldn’t carry on smoking if you’re trying to have a baby, in general. Certainly not once pregnant. It’s probably a lot easier to break the behavior before your hormones are out of whack then after.

I struggled to get pregnant for a year. The month I quit smoking, drinking, and started eating right I got pregnant. Could be a coincidence but I wish I had stopped sooner
