To me it looks normal but always worth getting checked. If she was seen today and it hasn’t changed and the pediatrician wasn’t concerned, I’d stop worrying about it!

To me it does not look red, hot or oozing. It just looks like dried blood which can be normal. I’d take a clean q-tip with a tiny bit of water and wipe around it. Definitely consult pediatrician to be sure there’s no infection.
