I have a period blood smell?

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and I just now went pee and I smelled closest to what I could describe as period blood but I’m not bleeding or anything.

Answer

Had the same smell at 35 weeks, wasn't bleeding either. Have no clue what it could it be. I'm currently 36+2 and the smell is gone. It could be nothing but im gonna still bring it up to my doctor on my upcoming appointment.
