Best things to help fertility?

What’s everyone using to help them get pregnant?
My partner and I are using the pregnacare conception vitamins and I use the easy@home ovulation strips. 
Are there anything else better we could be using?

There’s no get pregnant quick fix. Just be sure you’re taking care of yourself, eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, exercising, etc. Take a prenatal and track with OPKs! Good luck :)

I was taking extra b6, vitamin d & zinc in addition to prenatals, and red maca root (supplements). Eating healthy and trying to get a good about of sleep. My husband was taking extra zinc, co q10 and black maca root (supplements). Who knows if all that stuff helped but it feels good to be proactive lol

Exercising is what works for me. Every time I am actively exercising I end up getting pregnant.
