I have sooo many symptoms already- is this a sign of things to come???

I am only 4 weeks 3 days and I have had a lot pregnancy symptoms already. Part of me is like, “oh no. Am I going to have a miserable pregnancy” all the way to “omg is it twins because it’s so intense this early” 
Anyone else feeling like this:
Breast pain 
Nausea 
Cramping
Hip and joint pain 
Excessive saliva 
Fatigue 
Ughhhhjj

Yesterday i swallowed my excess saliva the wrong way and choked on it! Couldn't stop coughing lol!

Yup that was me at week four. It lightened up by week five and six I was freaking out and thinking I was going to miscarry. Now I'm seven weeks and everything is back full force 😭. 
At this point I'm just trying to remember the first trimester is the worst. This is my third and I always block out how bad the first trimester was 😑🤮
Just try and hang in there till week 12. Hopefully you get a few break days or a week where you feel decent.

I should have known before I even tested as I kept waking up drooling lol
I also get round ligament pain very early so I’ve had that a few times from quick movements or coughing/sneezing 
I’m not super exhausted yet. My boobs don’t hurt but they are more sensitive.
Also I have ALLLLLLLLL the pimples.
