Well that's never happened before...

Anyone know if this is a pregnancy related kind of thing? I've had my hair band slide down like that but never has it turned reddish purple and deep. Hurts too. It's almost like my arm is swollen, but my arms are so thin I can't really tell. Looks even worse in person. *i wear this same rubber band on my arm everyday, it's actually pretty loose.
