Sore achey uterus before BFP?

I’m about 7dpo now and I know it’s still early but I also saw that people can start feeling symptoms early as well. Been feeling an on and off achey soreness in my uterus area for the past 2 days now. Boobs have been sore since my period and still are which never happened before.

Anyone feel anything similar and went on to get their BFP?
