Anyone have cramps & then a BFP????

I’m 8dpo & have dull off/on cramps. I was wondering if anyone had the same thing & got BFP afterwards!
AF isn’t due until 5-6 days.

I started getting cramps early like at 7 dpo which was strange because i only cramp on day 3 of actually bleeding. I tested at 9 dpo and got a positive pregnancy test. Im almost 9 weeks and still getting them on and off
