I agree with Mama, if you want to try something I suggest red maca root supplements. Maca is supposed to be a natural fertility booster and will help balance hormones if needed, but shouldn’t mess up your cycle like vitex can. I used red maca just this past month and got a bfp. Also used it last time I was ttc coming off birth control and it helped regulate my cycle and we conceived within a couple months after starting. Not that it’s a miracle pill but it’s natural so there shouldn’t be any harm in trying :)

I took these before I started seeing my fertility dr and they messed with my cycle so I had to stop. It took about 3 months for my cycles to return to normal after I stopped. I’ve heard vitex can be helpful if you have PCOS or irregular cycles, but if you have normal regular cycles it’s better to avoid. My fertility dr put me on regular inositol powder (a mix of chiro and myo inositol, without vitex) so I recommend that instead for egg health if you already have normal cycles.
