Trying to go back down...
I have PCOS. I’m currently stuck at 135 pounds and I can’t go back down. I used to be in the 120’s but unfortunately that led me to lose my period. Seeing the scale still scares me and I’m really trying to stay between 125-130. No matter what I do, I can’t maintain or lose. I have been going to the gym for 2 months now, balancing between cardio and strength training. I also watch what I eat and finally listening to my body if I am craving something. Do you have any tips that will help break this plateau? It feels like when I go up, it stays there unless I decide to treat myself with “takeout” and it goes up more. I haven’t been able to eat out or enjoy a day out (safely) because of this 😔.
