Braxton Hicks anyone?

Question

Anyone having them? I started having them last week. When you start having them what exactly does that mean.
Anyone been really hot even when you're in a cold area? What does that mean?

I've had them since 22weeks preganant this time around. 
It's just your uterus practicing. They won't make you dilate or anything but once they start becoming painful they may be the real thing. 
The hot flashes/feeling hot is just normal. I live where it's really cold and I usually freeze easy. When ptegmamt I don't need to where a jacket or sweater out in 35-40 degree weather and im completely comfortable. At home with the pellet stove on I burn up and lay practicaly naked because everyone else is cold so I can't turn it off. (I have 2 girls ages 6&3 so I have to make sure I keep them warm and be he one to feel uncomfortable.)

I'm getting them a lot now at 31 weeks! I think I've had for awhile, but more frequent and stronger now. My stomach gets so hard!

I've actually been having them and honestly had no clue! I just thought it was my little girl balling up on me.. I had them bad yesterday morning could not get comfy for nothing luckily had my drs appointment got checked no dilation and now been getting them every so hour...

It's juss mean it's gettin ur body ready for the real contractions ... They say drink water or run a warm bath I'll take it away😊

BH are just your body preparing. Sometimes they are called "practice contractions."

I have been getting them for a while, but thought it was just my little dude being a snip and balling up. Lol. As of yesterday, I realized these were definitely BH!  I have been getting them allllll day now!
