6 weeks tomorrow
I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow, and I just dont feel pregnant. I've known for 2 weeks now and I've kept it to myself completely. Maybe that's why it just doesn't feel real yet. I finally called my doctor today to book my first appointment, which won't be for another 4 or 5 weeks. Can't wait for an ultrasound so I know that everything is fine! My symptoms are still there but less intense.
