Any wlw with HSV?

Question

I’m pansexual and I got HSV 1 last March from a guy on a bumble date (I hate bumble ugh.) I haven’t had sex since then and I know that I’m more interested in women. However I’m kind of nervous for future wlw relationships of mine because I don’t know how to have sex safely the way girls do while taking precautions. Like what am I supposed to tell her to wear a latex glove or something? Idk I’m just thinking ahead but any insight would help.

I got told today by my doctor I most likely have herpes we are just waiting on the results to find out what type, and I have the same question as I am bisexual. I know you can use dental dams to protect against it but I don’t think I know any wlw who uses or would want to use dental dams so I don’t know how I’ll be able to ever have a sexual relationship with a woman now which has really got me down as my preference is also more towards women
