Sinus pain ?

Question

Is anyone else getting constant sinus pain ??? I’m so frustrated Bc I can’t take anything like say Sudafed as it’s not safe. 
Nothing is helping : Flonase, cold ice packs, drinking more water, propping my head at night, bought air purifying plants, the annoying nose water dropper thing 
Please send help 😩

I had sinus issues from the moment I found out I was pregnant up until now its finally getting better! Ugh...what usually helps me is garlic if you can stand it..I cut up Raw garlic and put it in my tea and eat the garlic.  I also put vicks in my nose at night and use a humidifier in our bedroom...im pretty sure I had pregnancy rhinitis though and it took several weeks to feel better😔
