Just spoke to my OB today. Waiting on my blood test to come back tomorrow but they’re pretty certain I’ve miscarried right at my 4 week mark. Most of my symptoms disappeared the day I started to pass the clots. My heart is absolutely broken. We’ve been trying for 11 months and this just shot a hole in my heart.

My S/O is very supportive but is having a hard time understanding why I’m so crushed after just knowing of the pregnancy for a few days.
