First ultra sound

I just had my first ultrasound today at 5weeks 3days.

They found out I had

Sub-chronicle hemorrhoids.

I had spotting once few days ago and I freaked out… gestational sac, yolk sac and fetus measuring well.. cardiac movement .. but heart beat took a while to detect due to being super early 111bpm …. thanking God everything is well so far. After multiple miscarriage history Every day I wake up pregnant is a milestone and a blessing.
