Couldn't think of a topic sentence!

I'm 42 and my husband is 43, we were trying for number 2 ( number one was 3 years ago) but having trouble so we went to a fertility specialist who, after all our tests) basically said, and im rephrasing, my eggs are geriatric and my husband's swimmers are just tired.

His words were, I have low egg count and not alot of quality and my husband's quality sperm are at 45%.

My question is, are there any women out there who have had this result but still conceived naturally? I know everyone is different but some hope wouldn't go astray.
