If I didn’t exercise before pregnancy, what are my options now?
I used to walk about 6,000-8,000 steps per day at my job and was getting exercise easily that way, I was constantly on my feet to the point that it was getting tough on me. I recently started a new job where I’m able to sit down more often. What can I do to stay active, but not put myself or baby at risk? I also have asthma which complicates things and can be really frustrating 😕
