So I had unprotected sex and the guy cummed in me and my period is in four days from now , and now I'm experiencing cramps at the moment ,what's the cause and is it possible for me to get pregnant 5 days before my period ??

If he came in you multiple time and your not tracking ovulation then yes it is possible to become pregnant. Test when your period is due

If you aren't tracking ovulation then your chances of getting pregnant with unprotected sex is higher. You could of ovulated late during that time. There is no way to know. 
Wait for your period to come and if it doesn't wait a few days and test.
