Can sex affect my period?
Hi all so i used to have amazing periods like no cramping no spotting perfectly on time. Now since I've come sexaully active, i get ovulation pain 5x my usual. I spotted for the first time this month, it cant be pregnancy due to spotting being before ovulation. What could it be?
