There’s a whole lot of different things here. I’ve never fully taken my bc at the same exact time everyday and it messed me up obviously with bleeding. I have completely stopped them for the past month and a half, maybe longer. My last AF was on 1/28. I’ve been cramping for 3 days now and I’m a little worried. I’ve had lots of unprotected sex since my last af and there’s been no protection used (not the best idea but 🤷‍♀️ it what it is) The last time I did this whole cramping without the slightest sign of af I was pregnant with my daughter. Should I test? Should I wait it out? Am I tripping over nothing? Also, a bc you recommend that won’t mess me up or that I have to remember every single day? Thank you in advance !!
