Does anyone else's baby say very few words? We have lots of babbling

My daughter says mom and dad and tries to say milk but that’s all.

Yes - my daughter will be 17 months on March 3 and she says like 3 words and 2 animal noises *barely.* Why talk when she is perfectly capable of communicating exactly what she wants lol? 😂

Babbling lots. Everything is adadada
But he says mama dada done deer and just a few animal sounds but not your typical ones (he sniffs for dogs, ssss for snake and has a really weird cat sound )

Our LO babbles and whispers alot of gibberish lol, he says daddy, buddy (our dogs name) won't say mamma (go figure 🤣) says tank u (Thank you) and barks but it's more a ahhh ahhh ahhh lol and hes favorite word lately is anana which is when he asks for a banana
