Hi ladies has anyone tried Vitex??....

Has anyone' tried vitex when ttc with  irregular cycles and had success on  getting pregnant?  Any stories??

Yup and made my cycles longer and as long as 180 days once never ovulated never seen cm stopped it went on metformin and now have regular cycles and ovulated regularly now. Also if you start vitex it more dangerous than anything if you fall pregnant taken vitex you have to ween of it can’t stop it right away you need to be weened of week bu week up until 12 weeks. It is not recommended to take vitex without a doctors recommendation and that the doctors will take regular bloods and scans etc.
