Hi, I’m 5w6d acc to LMP and this afternoon I wiped and noticed some tan color then wiped again half an hour later and it was reddish brown blood, now two hours later it’s pink/light red every time I wipe. I am also having right side cramping and abdominal cramping which I’ve been having since a few days ago. Still having nausea. Took a pregnancy test and line is super faint now. Called my OB and they put me in for 5pm, its currently 3pm. I’m obviously freaking out. Any advice on what it could be? If it’s possible MC what should I expect? Any and all info is appreciated, thank you.
