Have you been timing them?

Try timing the cramps. Contractions are just period cramps but they are re more extreme . If they become consistent and grow closer like every 10 mins... every five minutes and you have bad back pain then call your ob and go to the hospital. Also make sure your able to talk and breathe through them if you can’t then go to the hospital ASAP !!!

Yea I agree with the other ladies. Try timing them, if they are contractions they will keep coming and get stronger to the point it stops you in your tracks. Try taking a warm shower, drink some ice cold water and laying down on your left side while you time them. Hopefully they stop if not go to labor and delivery.

This hard Bc I feeeel like they haven’t really stopped for the last 10 minutes lol
