Too much milk?
So my daughter eats great and she’ll eat literally anything, I mean anything. I always offer food before I give her milk (whole cows milk) and she always eats all of it but still wants to drink a full 8oz bottle and she does this after every main meal. If she’s still eating well, should I really worry about 24oz of cows milk a day? Is that excessive? Websites and information vary so I have no clue 🤷🏻♀️
