Is a take action pill the same as plan b? I’ve taken a plan b before and this didn’t happen. I took a take action pill a day after having sex because the condom broke. I went to pee the day after taking it and when I went to wipe there was a little blood. The blood didn’t come out like a normal period I had to stick my fingers in for it to come out but it was kind of a lot. It was a darkish bright red color. This is the second day I’ve been bleeding. Could it be from the take action pill? Could that mean pregnancy or did something go wrong?
