Thick cervical yellowish mucous ?

I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago the bleeding just barely stopped. My period should be starting again in 9 days. I noticed I have a bunch of cervical mucous and it doesn’t smell or itch, calling my doctor in the morning but had anyone had this ? Is the color just leftover blood or like an infection ?
