Any Medicine recommendation for common cold can I take while pregnancy ?

I have sore throat and runny nose but no fever or coughing . I’m 17weeks and 4 days

Was your COVID test negative? My list of safe cold meds are Mucinex, Robitussin DM, Tylenol Cold, and Delsym.
