I had a super stressful experience around the time that I expected to ovulate (based on cycle history, my temps, and OPKs) and then my temps started going up and down on what I thought would be past ovulation days. Do you think I ovulated and if so when? I’m anxious because AF hasn’t come and I’m not TTC. Should be in the clear because I haven’t had sex this cycle but I’m panicky — also thinking stress could delay my period. (Last time I had sex was January 24.) thanks in advance!
