PLEASE HELP! 😩😩😩

I had the lightest 2 days period and now I’ve completely stopped bleeding and my cervix is high. I have taken pregnancy test and it was negative. Could this have been implantation bleeding? When will I get a positive test if it was? My boobs are still sore and that’s usual for me
