Like in early pregnancy? Does it really have to happen to know if you’re pregnant ? Or many people dont get it ?

Nope, everyone is different. Implement bleeding isn't very common from what I read. But bleeding/spotting can happen any time during pregnancy for many reasons. If worried ask your ob/doctor/midwife about it.

No. If you are referring to implantation bleeding that is extremely rare. Spotting in general is common but doesn’t happen to everyone.
