Please help, cramping more than usual

I have completely missed my period this month. I guess I have a couple more days left of the month. But my uterus is so tender to the touch. And I have been cramping for like a week! I have already done pregnancy test and quantitative at Dr’s. both were negative. I have never had this before. Has anyone else had this?
