Unknown Ovarian mass

So, turns out that I do not have a fibroid, it's a tumor near/attached (can't tell in ultrasound) to my right ovary. My doctor doesn't know exactly what it is or if it's malignant so is sending me to see a high-risk OB to get an MRI and probably surgery to remove it as it's big (9 cm) and they are worried if it isn't removed then it could twist or stretch as pregnancy progresses which would be an emergency. Trying not to worry... hoping it's not malignant... hoping nothing happens to the baby... and just waiting for a call to schedule my appointment... The next three weeks are going to be interesting to say the least... Also, found out the gender today and trying to figure out how to tell our family both the good and bad news... I understand now why people wait longer to tell family they are pregnant.
