Is it bad to sit on exercise ball alot?

I'm 37+1 and I was on my ball for about an hour and a half earlier, just rolling and lightly bouncing and when I tried to stand it felt like she was right down in my pelvis, like a lot of pressure. It's now around 4 hours later and my back hurts if I'm not sat up straight . I'm uncomfortable on the couch so I've got back on the ball and it's the only place my back doesn't hurt. I'm not bouncing just swaying side to side really lightly. Is this okay? I don't wanna over do it but it's the only place I'm not uncomfortable 🥺
