Round ligament pain??

Question

Can anyone explain what round ligament pain feels like? The last few days it’s felt like I have a cramp like feeling on either my left or right side pelvic area. Cramps always worry me so wondering if it’s round ligament pain?

The best way I can describe it is it feels like a pulled muscle. It hurts to cough or sneeze and if I stand to quickly. It’s worse this time than my previous pregnancies

Mine is a sharp stabbing pain that lasts less than 60 seconds. My doctor said to move slower and it should happen less often. No getting up quick, taking stairs fast, getting out if bed fast to pee, etc. thus far moving slower has reduced the frequency for me.

Sharp pain on the underside of my bump.  Happens almost every time I get up from standing up too fast!  Had it a lot in my first pregnancy as well.  Usually just double over and slowly straighten up and it goes away in a minute or so.

RLP is always a sharp pain for me that legit makes me double over. It feels much different than a cramp for Me. The first few times I had it in my first pregnancy, it scared the crap out of me.

Yes! Omg I rolled over in the middle of the night and had excruciating pain for at least 40 seconds. Worst one I've felt.

My round ligament pain always feels like a sharp/achy cramp on either the left or right side of my uterus, and it extends into my vaginal/rectal area too. They’re not fun
