Could my daughter be having those at 10.5 months or is it too early? She’s been fussier than usual and gives such an attitude if she doesn’t get what she wants.

I know babies have big feelings, but this is my first and I don’t know how to teach her how to calm down when she’s screaming out of her lungs and crying because I won’t give her a knife to play with or if I put her down on the floor 🤦🏼‍♀️. How would I go about disciplining (without spanking or anything like that) and really just helping her have good manners? Thank you!!
