Baby acne?

My 5 week old baby girl’s face and ears are covered with these bumps. Most of them are raised and red in colour. Is this baby acne? She is mostly bf with an occasional top up of formula. 
She’s been having this for almost a week now.

My daughter has this also, I gave her a breast milk bath and it looks much better now. Her pediatrician said it's normal and should go away on its own without complication.... but a breast milk bath would speed things up. :)

it’s baby acne. my LO had it bad and it’s now improving 3 weeks later. it takes time if your breastfeeding you can put your milk on it

My daughter has the exact same thing and has had it now for almost 2 weeks without much improvement. I’m not sure if it’s acne or eczema. Help!!!

Looks like eczema. Call pediatrician

I think it is baby acne. My daughter had the same thing. I put breast milk and coconut oil on her face. The coconut oil took the redness away. The baby acne took about a week for it to reduce.
