Low line placenta

Hi so I had my 20 week scan and they said my placenta is low line and only roughly 1cm away from opening they will rescan me at 32 weeks to see if it's moved if not I have to have a emergency C-section 😢 has anyone had this and it moved by the scan or anyone who's didn't move what happened and how early was baby??? 🙄
