Is it normal to feel drowsy, dizzy, and nauseous while on your cycle?

I mean normal is a weird word to describe it. Yes a lot of women get those symptoms but I’d check with a doc to make sure there isn’t and underlying reason. They also may be able to help with something as simple as an iron supplement.
